Policy Overview
Our replacement/refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a replacement or refund.
Return Policy
As all our products are custom-made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer errors, such as incorrect size, design, or color selection.

Custom-Made Products:
Please note that our items are customized based on market demand and are not pre-stocked. The actual product may differ slightly from the advertised images (up to 20%) due to factors such as lighting during photoshoots or monitor display settings.

Proof of Purchase:
Returns must include a receipt or proof of purchase. Contact our support team at sale@kazuprints.store for assistance.
If approved, replacement items will be provided at no additional cost. Please allow 4–6 weeks for the replacement process.
How to Return Your Product

Repack the Product:
Ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging with all labels and protective stickers intact. Attach the return label to the outside of the package.

Providing clear evidence is essential for processing returns or replacements. All required pictures must be submitted; otherwise, we cannot proceed with your request.
